Emily is the founder of Victor’s Vision. As a student at Villanova University, Emily spent considerable time living and volunteering throughout Latin America, growing a passion for Latin American culture and working with underprivileged youth. After a week in Chulucanas in 2009, Emily made a personal commitment to better the lives of the children she’d met there; so, in March of her senior year she started Victor’s Vision. Emily graduated from Villanova University in May 2010 with a degree in Spanish and Peace and Justice Studies.
Since graduating, Emily worked for a non-profit working with students in the St. Louis public school system, was a Teach for America corps member, and has since taught in Chicago, Los Angeles and now Denver. Emily currently teaches 6th grade math in Denver, and coaches teachers through Teach For America: Colorado.

Andrea Zinn served as Victor's Vision's Director of Development from 2015–2021, and joined the Board of Directors in 2019. Andrea first visited Victor's Vision in 2012, and was immediately convinced by the successful, holistic program model and bright young students she met in Chulucanas. During her work with the program, Andrea has run Victor's Vision's intern program, created a variety of new fundraising initiatives, liaised between the program activities and the board, and strengthened partnerships and fundraising models.
Andrea was a 2014 Fulbright Grantee through which she taught and facilitated learning programs at a primary school in Kuala Rompin, Malaysia. She is passionate about education equality and cultural exchange, and has also volunteered with youth education through a variety of programs.
Currently, Andrea holds a dual position with the Council on Smallholder Agricultural Finance (CSAF) and Aceli Africa. At CSAF, Andrea convenes socially responsible lenders to grow a more sustainable and inclusive agricultural-SME finance sector—strengthening cooperatives and agribusinesses that improve livelihoods for smallholder farmers worldwide. Through her role with Aceli Africa, Andrea works to mobilize private sector capital to underserved agricultural SMEs with positive social and environmental impact. She leads the adaptation and application of the Aceli Africa incentive model in other regions and markets, particularly Latin America.
Prior to her current roles, Andrea consulted on various projects focused on sustainably-sourced agricultural value chains, funded by USAID, GIZ, the Inter-American Development Bank, and UN Agencies including IFAD, the European Commission, and the International Trade Centre. Andrea holds a B.B.A. from the Villanova University School of Business and an MSc in Sustainable Development from the SOAS University of London. She is based in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Debra is a senior executive with the unique combination of 17 years experience in CPG Brand Management combined with five years each in restaurant ownership and financial services.
Currently, Debra is taking a brief sabbatical from the workforce to manage the transition of her special needs daughter and her aging mother to their new communities in Phoenix, Arizona. Most recently, Debra was a franchise owner for B.good, a small chain of healthy fast-casual restaurants, where she successfully built, operated, and subsequently sold four restaurants in the Philadelphia/S. Jersey region.
Prior to B.good, Debra had a successful career in marketing with blue chip companies, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble. During her tenure, she worked on many well-known household brands, including Tylenol, Benadryl, Lactaid, Splenda and Pringles, and held positions in strategic marketing and new product development.
She began her career as a CPA and investment banker, working for Ernst & Young. Debra has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Management from the J.L. Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
Debra and her husband Robert have two adult daughters and live in Phoenix, AZ. In her spare time, Debra likes to travel, go to sporting events, educate herself on NFTs and try out new restaurants!

Robert M. Felsenthal, CPA is the board treasurer of Victor's Vision. He has volunteered with the organization since its inception.
Robert worked as the Chief Financial Officer during his illustrious career. Mr. Felsenthal joined Warberg Asset Management LLC in 2008 when the Partnership was formed, until his retirement in 2018.
Mr. Felsenthal began his career in 1974 as an auditor with Arthur Young & Company in Chicago. In 1983, he joined IMC Global, a $3 billion, publicly traded crop nutrient company located in Northbrook, Illinois. Mr. Felsenthal left IMC in 1996 as the Senior Vice-President.
During Mr. Felsenthal's career at IMC, the Company grew from one billion to approximately three billion dollars in sales. Subsequent to leaving IMC, Mr. Felsenthal held a variety of financial positions, including three years as Chief Financial Officer of The Palliative and Hospice Care Center of the North Shore, a not-for-profit health care organization. He also consulted for McDonald's Corporation in the areas of business development and strategic sourcing.
Mr. Felsenthal received his BSBA from the University of Denver in 1974 and attended the Executive Program at the University of Michigan in 1995.
